UK: Gfk Consumer Confidence increases by 1 point in October
FXstreet.com (Córdoba) - The GfK consumer confidence index reached -19 points in October 2010 following -20 the previous month. This result is slightly higher than the -22 expected.
"October saw increases for confidence in their personal financial situation over the last 12 months, confidence in their personal financial situation over the next 12 months and, confidence in the "general economy" over the last 12 months", said the Gfk Group today.
