Forex: Quiet Asian session ends with majors almost unchanged

FXstreet.com (Córdoba) - With China, Japan and Korea closed, it is like nothing has happened since the end of the New York session as most crosses moved sideways in tight ranges.

EUR/USD has been moving in between 1.3380 and 1.3410 lacking of strength. GBP/USD barely moved, retreating to 1.5630 and bouncing back to the 1.5660 zone. USD/JPY rose around 10 pips and currently trades at 84.60.

The New Zealand dollar was the big mover early when the nation's GDP came under expectations sending NZD/USD 60 pips lower to the 0.7310 area. AUD/USD dropped a few pips at the beginning of the session in a sympathetic move with the Kiwi, but rebounded and is back quoting at the 0.9565 area.
